US Diplomat: Bush a 'failure' on N. Korea
David Straub, the former head of the State Department's Office of Korean Affairs, said the Bush misadministration's handling of North Korea has been a failure of epic proportions "that left Pyongyang to pursue its nuclear and missile programs." He also questioned the competency of Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, asking "What the fuck was she thinking? Yeah, let's really piss them off." (from newsmax, mostly, so no link)
