Is that a private residence, hotel, or sculpture?
I can't find much info on it. Seems like someone bought it and is remodelling it as his house. It's actually not very big and there's no electricity or fresh water. Looks pretty cool, though!
It looks like those scrubbing bubbles from the cleaning commercial.
I don't know if I'd want to live in something like those 'scrubbing bubbles' during a hurricane -- or even a high tide!
