With insurgency in its last throes, war-torn Iraq 'facing collapse'
As we continue to make excellent progress, Iraq descends further into anarchy, chaos, and disintegration.

Iraq faces the distinct possibility of collapse and fragmentation, a UK foreign policy think tank says. It reports that Iraq's government has lost control of vast areas to powerful local factions, warns there is not one war but many local civil wars, and urges a major change in US and British strategy.
Such as following some of the guidelines recommended in the Iraq study group report. I'm sure there's a copy around the WH somewhere...
