The United States has asked Israel to check the possibility of pumping oil from Iraq to the oil refineries in Haifa. The request came in a telegram last week from a senior Pentagon official to a top Foreign Ministry official in Jerusalem. The Prime Minister's Office, which views the pipeline to Haifa as a "bonus" the U.S. could give to Israel in return for its unequivocal support for the American-led campaign in Iraq, had asked the Americans for the official telegram.They hate us for our freedoms....yeah right. Has the imperial Chimperor Flacidius Maximus switched from being an alcoholic to being a crackhead? A pipeline ... to Israel ... from Iraq. You might as well just paint the pipeline flourescent orange with big white bulleyes on it, not to mention the Malls of America and the food on our families.
They hate us for our freedom to elect a fucking idiot as President, perhaps.

to track the recycling. With all the other shit coming from our shrub, we need to maintain credibility.
The Link is from Haaretz and dated Aug 3, 2007. So it appears that this bad idea is being re-considered.
Yesterday it said Aug 2,2007 and tomorrow it will say Aug 4,2007. A little bug in Haaretz is that anything from the archives shows todays date. The archive number is sequential to 2003 articles.
Actually, this idea was pitched to Hussein by Rumsfeld in the 80s and Hussein rejected it.
Conicidentally, shortly after that, Hussein was given the green light, by the US government, to invade Kuwait, after the Secretary of Defense told him they didn't care one way or the other about Kuwait.
The rest is pure Machiavellian history.

If the story is from 2003, I'd sure be interested in knowing *who* sent the "telegram from a senior Pentagon official to a top Foreign Ministry official in Jerusalem" requesting pumping oil from Iraq to Israel.
Wouldn't have been Dov Zackheim, or Paul Wolfowitz, or Richard Perle, or Douglas Feith, or Michael Ledeen, or Larry Franklin, or any of the other AIPAC, PNAC ZIONISTS infesting MY COUNTRY'S Pentagon, would it? Eh? Can't hear ya?
