I skimmed it dg and it's EXACTLY the kind of thing that progressives/liberals like you, I, and most of the readers expect from a corrupt government - - an updated version of the Teapot Dome Scandal. Reminds me of a quote I saw by the old economist John Maynard Keynes that said: "Capitalism is the extraordinary belief that the nastiest men, engaged in the nastiest activities, will benefit all of us."
