White House says 'no' to screening Denzel Washington's Golden Globe-nominated movie 'The Great Debaters,' citing a scheduling conflict with Hungry Hungry Hippos night.
Ironically, Pickles Stepford gave a speech in March 2005 at an Atlanta high school praising urban debate programs at an event called “Helping America's Youth.”Among the movies the Bushes have screened are “Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone,” “Charlotte’s Web” and “Ernest Goes to Harverd," according to the White House website.
"Ah wanna watch Th' Little Mermaid!"
