The Bullshit Supreme Court Tuesday "dealt a setback to civil rights and privacy advocates" who oppose the misadministration's illegal warrantless domestic spying program. Gee. Go figure. I didn't see that coming.

Yeah, it wasn't like Bush & friends were nominating the craziest Neo-cons (who would then stonewall at their hearings) for the Supreme Court the last 7 years, and it wasn't like they had an agenda ('free market/privatization/militarism) that that promised to implement, and it wasn't like they hadn't done it every other god-damned time they had the opportunity. Nope, it just came completely out of left field alright...
