Bush White House propagandist has joined other Bush White House propagandist Tony Snow as a conservative commentator on CNN. Because, dammit, there aren't enough gpuke cum-dribbling fuckwads abusing and sliming Democrats in the media.
Via C&L:
Politico is reporting that [Preznit Stinkypants]’s former homeland security adviser and current intelligence advisory board member Fran Townsend is joining CNN as a contributor. Joining former White House press secretary Tony Snow as the second Bush sycophant to join the network in the last two weeks, Townsend’s addition is apparently designed to help make CNN the “right choice” during its election ‘08 coverage.Sigh. My cable company really needs to add a 24-hour "CSI Channel." Pretty soon there won't be anything else I'm going to be able to watch any more.

All these Neo-Con Nutjob commentators make one realize that those assholes must REALLY be afraid of the truth if they have to put THAT MANY propagandists (and NO even mildly impartial observer can mistake them for anything else) in front of the camera that often! Gotta drowned out any glimmers of reason, rationality, and humanity on a 24/7 basis otherwise the drones might accidentally awake from their slumbers occasionally...
For TV, I've long ago given up on the MSM for news, other than the most visual thing (like the 9/11 footage) and then I usually turn the sound off. I just set the 'favorites' on my remote so as to bypass all the 'news' channels. There's a few good nature/science programs, and my daily-dose of The Simpsons (yeah it's over-the-top parody/satire, but at least it's topical & mildly liberal/leftist), a schlockly horror movie once in awhile, maybe the Three Stooges if I haven't seen someone poked in the eye in a month or so - - but that's about it for me. Too often the 'news' appears to me to be people trying earnestly to ignore major topics and focus on MIC approved banality.
