Jewish Democrats are anxious that sanctimonious prick Joe Lieberman’s support for John McCain will hurt their own nominee’s chances with voters of their faith. "Anxious"?? "Anxious"???!1!? Arrrrgggghhhhhhh.
[T]heir frustration also has been building for months. And many of them have silently gritted their teeth while one of the most well-known Jewish members of Congress, who served as their vice presidential candidate in 2000, has sought to drive Jews even further from presumptive Democratic nominee Sen. Barack Obama.Oh, wait -- that last bit was mine. Sorry for any confusion. Bah.
Yet Senate Democratic Steering Committee Chairwoman Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) has said no decisions have been made on ousting Lieberman as chairman or pounding that smug phiz into pulp.
“Something like that wouldn’t really be talked about until the end of the year,” Stabenow said. "But personally? I'd love to put his nuts in a bloody vise and squeeze the fuckers until that miserable little worm screamed for mercy."

Fun Sen. Debbie Stabenow facts:
Once upon a time, Debbie was just a part-time Blues singer in Lansing, MI. She'd come out on Wednesday nights to Mac's Bar on the Southside, where the sign above the door reads: If you don't whether you're welcome or not-- your not," for the Lansing Blues Society Jam.
She'd list off a bunch of shit going on in the City government, and play a blues tune. The Bikers and Musicians told her to run for City Council, and we all jumped in to support her.
I was working as the Resident Scenic Designer at a local Theatre, got her a sweetheart lease on the new space to do Pressers. I made her a little set backdrop, and a quick light design, and we got her elected to Lansing City Council, and launched her career.
I still am allowed through when I call her office in Michigan.
She's good people from good stock, and I often wonder where she got in her head to vote with these Blue Dog idiots. I call her on it all the time.
