Major flipflop from White House leads to new, stupid catchphrase

The Bush misadministration will now agree to a timetable for troop withdrawal from Iraq. Except they're calling it a "general time horizon for meeting aspirational goals," so they don't have to admit they've been wrong for the past 6 years.

In the area of security cooperation, the [Drinkie McDumbass] and the Iraq Prime Minister agreed that improving conditions should allow for the agreements now under negotiation to include a general time horizon for meeting aspirational goals -- such as the further reduction of U.S. combat forces from Iraq.

I don't know about you, but I'm going to use "general time-horizon for meeting aspirational goals" on all my performance reviews from now on.
