Boy, how tragic is it to realize that Nixon - - fucking NIXON of ALL people - - had 'more'(and that word is used strictly in the comparative sense) honor and integrity than W?!! How BAD has this country become when Nixon looks like a near statesman beside our current POTUS?
Bizarre isn't it, this memory? This is the only newscast we were brought down to see during WAC basic training in Ft. McClelland, Alabama on that hot, long-past August day. I recall a couple girls had tears going down their faces; I was jubilant!

Big Em Said -- Nixon didn't resign because he had "integrity." He resigned because he was going to be impeached, and his position would be better/safer if he resigned instead of waiting to be removed from office. Also, he had a vice-president who he knew would pardon him of all offenses.
If you want Bush to follow his example, support Kucinich's move to impeach him now. And Cheney too.
These cockroaches we have now will undoubtly escape justice.
As Badtux said, January 19, 2009, Bush pardons Cheney and Co. and resigns. January 20, 2009, President Cheney pardons Bush. Game over.
The only way to avoid this is to brng charges against them now, so, yes, support Kucinich's move for Impeachment. Otherwise...
