Former Powell aide calls personification of evil 'evil'

Lawrence Wilkerson, the former chief of staff to Secretary of State Colin Powell, writes that Al Qaeda is more likely to succeed because of "evil people" like former Vice President Dick Cheney.

Never has the term "vice" been used more appropriately.

"How we deal with the future attacks of this organization and its cohorts could well seal our fate, for good or bad. Osama bin Laden and his brain trust, Aman al-Zawahiri, are counting on us to produce the bad. With people such as Cheney asskissing them, they are far more likely to succeed."

What? It's "assisting"? Too bad.

History repeats itself.

Fascists have never helped a country in the long run. Benito Mussolini is a prime example, Cheney is another.

And, as Michael Steele reminded us, Roberto Mussolini.
