Mulally's total compensation fell by 37% to $13.57 million in 2008, according to a proxy filing from Ford on Tuesday. He earned $2 million in salary but received no bonus. Yeah, and the UNIONS were forcing the US automakers to keep making those SUV leviathans (cause that's where all the short-term profits were) instead of developing/marketing more fuel-efficient smaller cars... right.
