Porcine antichrist Karl Rove -- who still is not rotting in prison -- opines:

Tomorrow will likely bring more bad news for President Barack Obama on the number one issue for voters -- the economy. The Labor Department's monthly job report will almost certainly show unemployment topping 9%.

Meanwhile, on Planet earth:

Continuing jobless claims fall, new claims slowing.

The number of people on the unemployment insurance rolls fell slightly for the first time in 20 weeks, while the tally of new jobless claims also dipped, the government said Thursday.

In other news, Karl Rove, who presided over the massive clusterfuck that brought us to this point, actually has the balls to say "It's the economy, stupid."
