Equal time

A functional artificial human brain can be built within the next 10 years, which is great news for the 'Palin 2020' campaign.

Read the article linked to, and while I applaud the enthusiasm of the researcher, I also know a grant application made in the public forum when I see it.

No, you will not see a simulation of the human brain in the next ten years, or the next hundred. It's that weird, and that convoluted, and that imperfect. What is the use of attempting to reproduce imperfection?
