Private "dove hunts," 'swank night life, tony shops and world-class restaurants,' private helicopter rides, private pussy hunts: "Penny-pinching" Gov. Sanford used taxpayer money to live large during visits to his Argentine mistress. A woman the erstwhile fiscal conservatard evidently nicknamed 'Penny,' since that's the only thing that makes any kind of sense here.
