DVDs I've watched recently

The Ring - "Not a teen slasher movie!" the BF groaned in disgust when it started. And it wasn't. A very well done thriller and a must-buy.

Them! - Yep, the giant-mutant-ants creature-feature is on dvd! I first saw this when I was a bitty kid, when Saturday morning tv was still pretty cool (was the same guy playing the eccentric scientist in all those movies?). This time, though, I was rooting for the ants.

What Lies Beneath - Spoiler! Harrison Ford as a bad guy is pretty damn cool.

K19 - Not as good as Das Boot, but it has its moments. Like the ones of Liam Neeson.
