A leaked Red Cross report on CIA torture of detainees offers fresh ammunition to demands that officials from the Bush misadministration be prosecuted for their conduct, rights groups have revealed.

[President Obama's] administration will face renewed pressure to take action following the leaking of the internal document from the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), which describes abuse in harrowing detail.
