Bush's CIA interrogators used waterboarding, the near-drowning technique that top Obama administration officials have described as illegal torture, 266 times on two prisoners from al-Qaida.
We don't torture! We... don't... tor... OK, we do! But it worked! Hmmmm. In fact, Darth Cheney is so positive it was successful, he's calling for the release of all their memos so he can prove it. You know, the ones he didn't shred.

It's kinda like Stewart said, after about 99 times you figure they ain't gonna drown you anyway.
Supposedly The Dick-head asked the CIA to release the rest of the memos already, but the CIA denies that he has asked them to release anything.

Wait! That was 266 times in ONE MONTH alone. What the total number of times was, no one has yet announced.
