To say nothing of the fact that Virginia's new governor has ties to Pat Robertson that he took pains to keep on the down low, as it were.
No matter HOW bad the Repukes lose or just tie, they always have the nutjobs who are claiming it's some kind of sign that they should be more conservative/right-wing! Of course, if you're deluded enough to believe their policies, a major break from political reality is ALREADY in your character..
