"shamelessly exploiting this tragedy for it's own political gain"
"The American people know this about me...had I known the enemy was going to use airplanes to kill on that fateful morning, I would have done everything in my power to protect the American people." - George W. Bush, 5/18/2002
No, George, I'm sorry, not true.
Oh, there are some who believe that, but what the majority of us know about you is quite different.
We know you are an unelected fraud who lost the popular vote by more than half a million votes, and then had to be shoehorned into office by a partisan Supreme Court.
(snip) What we know about you, George, is anything but flattering. It certainly appears now that there was quite a bit of information before the fact, but you either chose to ignore it or never read it in the first place. And we also know that you have covered this up for over eight months now.
As it now appears inevitable that there will in fact be independent and far-reaching investigations into what happened and why, I'm quite sure this will prove to be merely the tip of the iceberg. And when the facts do finally come to light, I expect we will know a lot more about what you and your administration have done, or in this case have not done, since taking office.
And it's not going to be pretty.
