Karl 'the walking, oozing hemorrhoid' Rove, Chimpy the Red-nosed Boozer's chief nursemaid, is extending his tentacles into White House policy by inserting himself into the debate over how to deal with the Middle East, trade, terrorism, Latin America and other foreign policy matters, say outside advisers and administration officials, including some who are rankled by his growing involvement. As one of the Unelected Idiot's main handlers, he offers his counsel in private, usually only for the Incompetant Nincompoop's boil-encrusted ears.

White House officials are extremely squeamish, even cowardly, when anyone raises questions about Karl's influence, and how it is exercised. Even his biggest defenders refuse to have their names used when they discuss how he has defined his role.
