'It was known in May that no one was going to find large stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons. The only people who did not know that fact was the public.' - - David Albright, former UN nuclear inspector, last week.

Well, some of the public, anyway.

Anyway, to the Bushitters: congratulations on pissing away hundreds of billions of dollars! And thousands of lives! And the integrity and credibility of the United States!

Think the Iraqi people are better off now than under Saddam Hussein? Either there will be another, slightly less brutal Saddam-esque dictator in place, or the Iraqis will have had their own elections, and voted in extremist muslims.
Either way, Iraq is not going to turn into some shining beacon of democracy. Pull your heads out of your asses.

Think no more Kurds will have to be gassed because they don't like Saddam? Here's a fun fact for you: up to 200 Kurds may have died today in your new Iraq. And between 8000 and 10,000 civilians have now died in Iraq due to this war.
