Former top Bush aide accused of Md. thefts: Claude A. Allen, who resigned last month to spend more time with his family may, in fact, be spending even less time with his family. The former top domestic policy adviser to Jebus's Favorite Preznit was arrested this week on felony theft charges for allegedly swindling Target and Hecht's stores out of more than $5,000 in approximately 25 refund schemes.
