Wisconsin Sen. Russ Feingold rightfully accused the ballless, pathetic Dems on Tuesday of cowering rather than joining him on trying to censure the popular warrior presi the Dictator-tot for secretly ordering illegal wiretaps of American citizens.
"I'm amazed at Democrats, cowering with this president's numbers so low. The administration just has to raise the specter of the war and the Democrats run and hide.
