There are 'strong indications' that Karl Rove has been indicted by a runaway grand jury (where a grand jury can return an indictment without the request or signature of a US Attorney) in the strange "Sealed vs Sealed" indictment still on the books, Citizenspook reports:

[A]ll of this might indicate that there is a war on to stop Fitzgerald, that he saw the pressure coming and enlightened the Grand Jurors as to their Constitutional ability to indict on their own without him.

If the Grand Jurors returned the indictment without Fitzgerald's signature, than it may very well be true that Rove was indicted but Fitzgerald is not the one who indicted

I need one of those Fox Mulder I Want to Believe posters, only with a picture of Karl Rove getting violently, repeatedly assreamed behind bars.
