Pillow talk

"Republican senators held what one participant called a ‘passionate’ and ‘spirited’ closed-door discussion" Wednesday afternoon to condemn their not-ever-been-gay colleague Larry "I'm not gay!" Craig, who is still not gay.

Sen. Ted. Stevens of Alaska, whose home was recently raided as part of a federal corruption probe, stood up to say it's wrong to prejudge.

He was joined by Sen. Jim Bunning and Sen. Michael Enzi, who also "wagged their finger" at the leadership, in the words of one of the aides.
Most, though, gave standing ovations to those that sided with the leaders, even greeting more-than-just-possibly gay Minority Leader Mitch "privates, private?" McConnell with applause when he was introduced to discuss showing Craig the back door.

"Hi there! I'm not gay!"
