As part of an investigation into a $180 million bribery scandal, Nigeria will charge frothing cyborg Dick Cheney and issue an Interpol warrant for his arrest.
Charges will be filed against current and former chief executive officers of Halliburton, including Cheney, who was CEO from 1995 to 2000, and its former unit KBR Inc., based in Houston, Texas.At this point, I'm sure Prez Obama will pardon him or something.
